DECEMBER 2, 2022 BAND CORONATION AT 6:30 PM, WINTER BAND CONCERT AT 7:00 PM

A big thank you to Melody Aufill, Nikki Moore, and Eric and Whitney Chandler for sponsoring our Kindergarten Book of the Month for November! Our students are always so excited to see what book they will get next!

This morning the flags at our elementary and high school were raised once again! Wiley Lorett, Anthony Turner, Larry Brown, Roy Matlock, and Travis Rogers of American Legion post 161 spent yesterday morning teaching the 5th grade class and students at the high school about the American flag. Students were given a demonstration of the proper way to fold the flag while learning what each of the 13 folds stands for. We can't thank these men enough for taking the time out of their day to pass on what they know to our students.

Monday's PAWS-itivity awards!

Join us in the elementary gym!

Yale Elementary School was grateful for a visit from Representative John Talley. YPS was recently awarded a $15,000 TSET grant to improve our elementary playground area. Mr. Talley came out to take a tour of the elementary school and visit with some of our students and staff.

It's the Christmas season!

Let's pack our Student Section! Go Bulldogs!

Yale Public Schools would like to thank the Oklahoma State Department of Education for the Donoschoose grant opportunity. Collectively, our teachers were awarded over $10,500 in classroom resources and materials that will benefit our students.

Our Kindergarten classes would like to thank Mistie Coffman and Jim and Diane Fleener for sponsoring the October book of the month. We love seeing our students get excited for reading!

Tomorrow morning the Juniors and Seniors will have the opportunity to attend a college fair in Perkins. This event is being put on by the Iowa Tribe. The bus will leave at 10:30 and should return by 2:30. Students are being given permission forms today for parents to sign.
